Here are our delivery and returns policies to help make sure we meet your expectations.
Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you place your order.
USA DELIVERY ONLY:
Orders placed before 1pm (EST) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm (EST) or over the weekend (Saturday, Sunday) will be dispatched the following working day.
Estimated shipping times are between 2 - 5 business days depending on your location. Item delivery times quoted are to metropolitan areas and shipments to remote locations may also take longer. Shipping times may also vary based on national holidays or shipping location could take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
We currently only ship to the continental 48.
Please note that items may be sent in separate boxes for larger items or quantities.
To ensure your gifts have sufficient time to arrive before Christmas, we would recommend you place your order before midday (12pm) on Wednesday December 14th, 2023.
For 3 Day Select - Please order before midday (12pm) on Monday December 19th, 2023.

Plus if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, unwashed, or defective merchandise.
We want you to be completely happy with your Chasing Liberty LLC order. If you find something off with your order, we will gladly accept your timely return within (3 days) of unused, non-damaged, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned and are considered FINAL, unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.
Merchandise returned in unsalable condition may be subject to a restocking fee or not returnable.
Please use original or another shipping box/packaging when returning items such as footwear and helmets. A $10.00 restocking fee will be applied to merchandise where packing tape and/or shipping labels have been affixed directly to the branded packaging (boot box, helmet box, et al).
We have made the returns process as easy as we can - simply send an email to email@example.com to let us know what you're returning and why, and let us take care of everything else.
Our return policy is within 3 days for a refund, we’re happy to offer a refund (may be in store credit only depending) on your product. Please note, this excludes any initial delivery costs.
We will process your refund within 28 days of receiving the returned goods.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
